National Security Adviser Scott Bates on Implications of North Korea's Nuclear Weapons Test

National Security Adviser Scott Bates, President of the Center for National Policy, talks with America's Radio News about North Korea's nuclear weapons test and the threat North Korea poses to it's regional neighbors as well as the threat to the west coast of the United States.

Bates explains that the North Korean military and security leaders benefit the most from the totalitarian regime, with the young leader being just a figure head who is placating the exsisting entrenched powers in the regime.
